1. Today is the Fifth Sunday in Ordinary Time.
    

2. Holy Childhood Association Day is celebrated today. A second collection will be made at all masses for holy childhood association. Please be generous.
    

3. Please pray for children appearing for the board exams starting this month that they may do well.
    

4. 11th February is the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and World Day of the sick. Please pray for all the elderly, sick and home bound in a very special way.
    

5. English Mass Lectors will meet on Saturday 14th February 2026 after the evening Mass in Holy Family conference room. New members are welcome to attend.
    

6. World Marriage Day will be celebrated in our parish on Sunday 15th February 2026 at 8.15 mass. Inviting all married couple to attend this mass.
    

7. Ms. Jenisha D’Souza of our parish has been elected as Vice President of Western Region Youth Council for a term of three years. We Congratulate her for this achievement and wish her all the very best.
    

8. The Bombay Catholic Sabha unit of our parish are conducting a Blood Donation Drive in association with Holy Family Hospital, Bandra on Sunday 22nd February from 7:30am to 1:30pm at the St. Jude KG Hall. This is open to all, hence kindly pass on the message to members of other faiths as well within your surroundings. List of Do’s & Dont’s along with the eligibility criteria will be displayed shortly on the notice board and via the parish WhatsApp groups.
    

9. 18th February is Ash Wednesday. It is a day of fasting and abstinence. There will be 5 mases on that day:
   6.45a.m. in English
   12.15 p.m. for children
   6.00 p.m. in Konkani
   6.45 p.m. in English
   7.30 p.m. in Tamil.
   Blessed ashes will be distributed at all masses.
    

10. PPC Election 2026: The term of present Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) ends in May 2026. The process to form a new council will begin soon. We urge all
    parishioners to take an active part in the election or selection process and choose new community leaders who will serve the community and parish for the next three-years, with total dedication. We request the present council members to make their community members aware of this and guide them to elect or chose the right candidates. The nomination forms will be available in the parish office soon. Kindly cooperate and make this process a smooth and fruitful exercise.
